Bethel Lutheran Church is seeking applicants for the positions of Music Minister and Worship Pianist to lead the congregation’s worship through music and song, all to the glory of God. Our primary goal is to fill the Music Minister position, but we realize a worship pianist may be easier to find. Therefore, we are advertising for both positions and will hire whichever we can fill first. If that first hire is a worship pianist, that person will need to understand that we will continue to search for applicants for the Music Minister position which may discontinue our need for a worship pianist.

Pastor Lynne Ogren
Pastor Lynne Ogren is serving her second call as pastor here at Bethel. Previously, she taught public school (2nd grade) in California, served on staff at Oak Harbor Lutheran on Whidbey Island, spent two years in Wrangell, Alaska for her pastoral internship, and served her first call as pastor at Zion Lutheran in Lewistown, Montana. Pastor Lynne and her husband, Eric, have two children, both married, and two grandchildren (so far!). Pastor Lynne is passionate about faith formation for all ages so that the life we practice as God's people in our worship and learning together are taken into our everyday lives as witnesses to God's love and life for all people.

Parish Administrator
Bonnie is a lifelong Bethel member. She was hired in 2001 as the Family Ministry Director after completing the Community of Lay Ministry program through the ELCA. Bonnie made a change of roles in the summer of 2023 and was called to the position of Parish Administrator in July of 2023. She trusts that God has guided her and Bethel to discern this new direction in their work together. Bonnie is thankful for the privilege of serving as Bethel's Family Ministry Director for 22 years and looks forward to serving the congregation as the Parish Administrator.

Video Tech Director
Jim Bergren is on staff to direct production in the areas of video broadcasting experiences at in-person and livestreaming services and events. Jim has also been an assisting minister in worship since 2001 after completing the Community of Lay Ministry program through the ELCA.
